this double-fronted terraced cottage is very close to the
town’s shops, restaurants and pubs, yet tucked away
from the hustle and bustle. |
St Gluvias St is a very well-equipped property,
fully carpeted throughout, with gas central heating, and sleeping/living
accommodation for five. |

The living room and dining room have character beamed
ceilings. The living room is equipped with a TV and video.
The fitted kitchen is very well equipped with electric oven
& hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing
machine. |
There is an enclosed, terraced garden to
the rear with a gravel area and a lawn area. Garden furniture
is provided, as is a barbecue.

The cottage is located in a narrow lane and therefore
there is no on-street parking outside the house (although
it is possible to pause outside to load/unload). The property,
however, is just a few yards walk from the town (free) car
parks, which are in adjacent streets. |

Penryn Harbour: 5 minutes walk
