Situated right in the heart of the historic town of Penryn, this double-fronted terraced cottage is very close to the town’s shops, restaurants and pubs, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

St Gluvias St is a very well-equipped property, fully carpeted throughout, with gas central heating, and sleeping/living accommodation for five.

The living room and dining room have character beamed ceilings. The living room is equipped with a TV and video. The fitted kitchen is very well equipped with electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is an enclosed, terraced garden to the rear with a gravel area and a lawn area. Garden furniture is provided, as is a barbecue.

The cottage is located in a narrow lane and therefore there is no on-street parking outside the house (although it is possible to pause outside to load/unload). The property, however, is just a few yards walk from the town (free) car parks, which are in adjacent streets.

Penryn shops, restaurants, pubs, etc: at the end of the street (a few yards away)
Penryn Harbour: 5 minutes walk
Falmouth town centre: 2 miles
Penryn branch railway line (to Falmouth & Truro): 15 minutes walk
Local bus service: there are bus stops in the town a few yards away
Ferries (Prince of Wales Pier, Falmouth): 3 miles
Beaches: within 4 miles radius (Gyllingvase, Swanpool, Maenporth)

Reasonable amounts of gas, electricity and water are included in the rental price.

Security deposit: £75

We regret that smoking and pets are not allowed inside the property or within the grounds of the property.

Duvets and pillows are provided for each bed. Clients should bring their own linen, including hand towels and tea towels.

There is no cot, high chair or fold-away bed.
