A mid-terrace Victorian property, very conveniently located
in Falmouth within easy walking distance of the shops, town
centre and beaches, and yet away from the hustle and bustle
of the town centre. |
This is a well-equipped property with fitted
kitchen, gas central heating, gas cooker, 2 x microwaves (one
is a combined oven/microwave), fridge, freezer, washing machine,
tumble dryer and TV/Video. It is fully carpeted. |

6 adults can be comfortably seated around
the main dining table. An additional fold-away table seating
four adults can be set up in the dining room to allow 10 occupants
to eat together in the same room. |
There is an enclosed courtyard garden to
the rear. The courtyard has a gateway leading to a rear
access road. There is room for one small car to park in
this courtyard, and there is plenty of on-street parking
outside the front of the house.

The property is only a 5 minute walk away from the centre
of Falmouth with its shops, pubs, restaurants, harbour, quays,
and the new National Maritime Museum. Local buses and ferries
to Truro, St Mawes, Flushing and the Helford River are also
a 5 minute walk away as is the railway station (Falmouth-Truro
branch line). Gyllyngvase beach is approx ¾ mile away,
Swanpool beach is about 1 mile away and Maenporth beach is
2-3miles away.

Reasonable amounts of gas, electricity and water are included
in the rental price.

We regret that smoking and pets are not allowed inside the
property or within the grounds of the property.
Duvets and pillows are provided for each bed. Clients should
bring their own linen, including hand towels and tea towels.
There is no cot, high chair or fold-away bed.
